Harvested the first week of July 2026. 100% pure. Filtered once through a restaurant quality micro screen. This spring harvest is darker than the typical spring harvest. Sweet floral taste. We live on 15 acres where our bees forage on wildflowers, locust trees, honeysuckle and all things that spring has to offer. This is the larger of our two jars that we sell online. 1.5 pound.
