Processing time: The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. (for details, see individual items).
Customs and import taxes:
Fiddlehead Farm LLC does not currently ship outside the United States.

Returns & exchanges:

Because of the nature of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (soaps and honey)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
  • Please do contact me about your orders.
Conditions of Returns:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
We accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
