Honey. Fall. Half pint. 2026

Lighter than a typical fall honey but still darker than spring honey. This underscores that each batch is unique and a snapshot of what happened in our weather and floral for the season. The bees foraged predominantly on Goldenrod to get this flavor. Delicious.
